Summary: This is the only hotel we stay at in downtown Austin. A few blocks from sixth street, it’s convenient and has a beautiful lobby and bar, coffee shop, and underground (monitored) parking.

Summary: Everything was awesome except for the noisy AC unit which ran almost continuously to keep the room comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular and private even with both of us in the room together. Housekeeping services and amenities like the bar, coffee shop and valet were all lovely. The atmosphere was also rather upscale which I thoroughly enjoyed. The view of downtown from my room was just ok, but I wasn't there to enjoy the view!

Summary: We turned on the a/c and it didn’t get cold until the next morning. Turned it on at 4pm came back to the room at 11pm and still wasn’t cool in the room

Summary: Amazing from start to finish. Every employee was professional, helpful, and friendly. Location was immaculately clean and a perfect and walkable distance from most of the places we wanted to experience downtowm.

Summary: Beautiful hotel! But the homeless situation is really bad in downtown. This is no fault of the hotel but thought I would let people know. Also, while I realize an Omni hotel is supposed to be expensive, I think $15 for a cocktail poolside is a bit much. And no smoking on the property premises is allowed. Anywhere. I'm a smoker, but very respectful. I found it quite irritating to have to go off property, walking around homeless people, to have a cigarette the few times of day that I do. Can you at least make a smoker's section with an ashtray somewhere? That would be nice. But until then I won't be staying at Omni in Austin anymore.

Summary: Very modern and close to 6th st. Front desk and all staff were very accommodating especially the house keeper Yaikelys making sure our room was always thoroughly cleaned and had everything we needed.
